Clients have the option to select any one of the billing methods before the commencement of work. We follow a transparent, competitive, and convenient process to ensure fair costs and avoid overburdening clients.
Initial Retainers Fee & Subsequent Per Hearing Fee
Clients pay an initial retainer fee covering drafting and vetting costs, inclusive of initial clerkage. Thereafter, payments are made on a per-hearing basis as the case progresses in court.
Lump Sum Fee
A single fee for the entire case, typically valid for a period of three years. Details are finalized with the main counsel prior to work commencement, governed by the terms of the vakalatnama.
Hourly Billing Rates
Rates depend on the qualifications, experience, and efficiency of the lawyers involved, along with the complexity and urgency of the case. Rates are shared in advance and adjusted to be competitive and fair.
Blended Hourly Rates
An average hourly rate for multiple lawyers working on a case. Each client has a dedicated partner overseeing their case. This rate is agreed upon at the beginning of engagement.
Fixed Fee for Various Stages of Work
Clients pay a predetermined amount for specific stages of legal work. This helps in budgeting and provides clarity on the costs involved upfront.
Annual Retainer with Discounted Blended Hourly Rates
Clients who opt for annual retainers benefit from discounted hourly billing across their legal needs, ensuring ongoing service with predictable costs.
Discounted Billing Rates
Available in select matters based on volume, frequency, or long-term engagement, offering cost efficiency while maintaining quality legal services.
Contingency Fee
Fees are contingent upon the outcome of the case. Typically used in specific types of litigation where payment is tied to the result achieved.
Consultations & Opinion
We offer professional consultations and legal opinions at predetermined rates. These can be arranged on an hourly or fixed basis, depending on the nature of the request.
